A sweet treat is always welcome as an afternoon snack or just about any time of day. A box of her favorite chocolates definitely pairs well with wines. Or maybe you just to indulge in a sweet treat for yourself at the end of a long day as well.
Did you know that Chocolate has been around since the mid-1800’s? Before the paste-like bar was discovered chocolate was only consumed as a sweet drink? Joseph Fry and his son took a mixture of cocoa powder and sugar mixing them into a paste. Then they pressed it into a bar shape. This is how the chocolate bar was born.
