Chocolates for my sweet!! Especially on Valentines Day. Most chocolates are great gifts to let someone know you 
are thinking about them. A sweet treat is always welcome as an afternoon snack or just about any time of day. A box of your favorite chocolates definitely pairs well with wines. Or maybe you just to indulge in a sweet treat for yourself at the end of a long day as well.
Did you know that Chocolate has been around since the mid-1800’s? Before the paste-like bar was discovered chocolate was only consumed as a sweet drink? Joseph Fry and his son took a mixture of cocoa powder and sugar mixing them into a paste. Then they pressed it into a bar shape. This is how the chocolate bar was born. Chocolates have since evolved and there are many different types to choose from for your pleasure. The wide variations of chocolates and different uses for them. Most chocolates are made ready to eat and others we cook with them to make them into our own sweet confections to eat. With all the different types since the first chocolate bar was born, it is hard to choose as there so many different colorful packages to attract your attention.
